祝大家猪年行好运!

又过一年，又老一岁。唉!来美十年，一直都住在中部，中国人寥寥无几，大年初一如不是周末还得上班去，一点气氛都没有。听我住在洛杉机的弟弟说在那里还又街头舞狮，蛮热闹的。其实今年过的还算最多节目。初夕与一群马来西亚同胞聚会，每人各煮一样菜，大家同声同气，玩的也流连忘返。上个星期六就到了城里中国人联络网搞的迎春晚会。节目都是业余演员盛献，虽然水准不高，可是勇气可嘉，看来还花了不少时间。只可惜开场是演讲太多太长，把大家都搞的很不耐烦，尤其是小孩更是坐立不定。

新年愿望吗就是家人都出入平安，宇安快高张大，肚里宝宝也健健康康，老公早点找到一份好工让我们能早日搬走。

Only For Nicholas.......

Another year has passes, and a year older. Sigh! I've been living in the Midwest for ten years now, where you can count the number of Chinese with ten fingers and toes, it's business as usual for every new year. My brother, who lives in LA, told me about the celebration there with lion dance and sorts, and it was quite festive. Actually, this CNY wasn't too boring. On new years eve, a bunch of Malaysians got together and threw a huge pot luck. And last Saturday, we went to the KCCNA organized CNY show. All the programs are amateurish at best, but at least it looks like they have spent some time on it. The only complain was that they spent too much time in speech by various board members, organizing committes, sponsors, etc and made all the kids real ansy. Oh, the usher was really rude to Terri too.

New year wish? Well, i wish everyone a safe and healthy year; Ian growing out of his Terrible 2 soon, another healthy baby in September , and Steve will find a job somewhere soon so we can move out of here.
